How Conicore handles data, who we are, and the rights you have over information we hold about you.
Conicore ("we", "us") provides AI receptionist and lead-generation automation services. This notice explains what we collect and how we use it.
Who we are
The data controller is Conicore Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales, company no. 17404495, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference CSN1643190.

What we collect
Contact details you submit through our forms (name, business, email, phone) and, for clients, the call and enquiry data processed on your behalf.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, deliver our services, and, for client systems, to log leads and send booking notifications. We process personal data in line with UK GDPR.
Your data is yours
Client lead data is stored in systems you own and control. You can request access, correction or deletion at any time.
How we use publicly available business information
This is our notice under UK GDPR Article 14. It applies where Conicore Ltd ("Conicore", "we") holds information about your business that we obtained from public sources rather than collecting it directly from you. Conicore identifies businesses that may be seeking finance, insurance or related commercial services, based on information that is publicly available.
What data we hold
Business and contact details relating to your company, which may include your name, role, company name, registered address, and information about your company's recent activity (such as planning applications or company filings).
Where it comes from
This information is sourced from public registers, including Companies House and local authority planning portals. We do not collect this information directly from you.
Why we process it
We use this information to identify companies that may benefit from being introduced to relevant finance or service providers. Our lawful basis for this is legitimate interests, specifically our interest in operating an introduction service, balanced against your right to privacy. We have assessed this balance and concluded it is proportionate; a record of that assessment is available on request.
Who we share it with
Where relevant, we introduce your details to a small number of vetted partner brokers or service providers who may contact you about products relevant to your business. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it beyond the purpose of making that introduction.
How long we keep it
We retain data for as long as it remains relevant to an active introduction, and delete or anonymise it thereafter. Where no introduction is active, we hold it for no longer than 12 months.
Your rights over this information
You have the right to object to this processing, to request access to the data we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise any of these rights, contact info@conicore.io.
